A LEGENDARY WATCH


the Carrera Panamericana Mexico Road Race was an epic. It started in the 1950s and attracted many of the leading drivers of the time; Juan Manuel Fangio, The fameous Argentinian driver who was five-times Formula1 World Champion, won the race in 1953. To pay tribute to this unique adventure, Tag Heuer launched the Carrera Chronograph in 1964, a supremely elegant watch that perfectly captured the spirit of sport.



















It was an immediate success. It has since been moderized but its elegance remains undiminished. The carrera wakes the era of ''Gentleman Drivers".

CROWN
The crown of the Carrera models has been carefully designed to preserve the authenticity of the legendary series.

DIAL
The hands of all Carrera models are coated with a special luminescent material, which ensures excellent readability in the dark.
WATER RESISTANT TO 50 METERS
Every Carrera watch undergoes manufacturing inspections and particularly stringent operating tests, which guarantee its water-resistance at a pressure equavalent to a depth of 50 meters.

PERSONALIZED MOVEMENT
All watches in the Carrera series have an authomatic, mecanical movement personalized by Tag Heuer

BRACELET
The steel folding clasp of all Carrera models incorporates a security system to prevent accidential opening. It is particularly easy to use by pressing two push buttons on opposite sides.
